Our technology, ReceptomiX, can measure the bioactivity of pure and complex samples against up to 25 receptors (GPCRs and ion channels) simultaneously. This technology can give insight into how the human body could respond to a product by providing data on, for instance, the kinetics of the interaction between a health-related receptor and your ingredients. Here below, some publications featuring the ReceptomiX core technology:

July 1, 2024

Identifying off-targets in artificial sweeteners and how to tackle them

Highlights of this paper:

1. Analysis of the kinetics of the sweet receptor

2. Study of agonism-antagonism-modulation of bitter receptors

Objective measurement of spiciness via TRPV1

Highlights of the project:

1. Dose-response of different concentrations of capsaicin

2. Matching of receptor data with a human taste panel
